8. Tabletop Corn Hole Games
How many of you know of the game "cornhole"? It is really popular here in the Midwest and seems to be spreading. It is played at almost every backyard BBQ and just about everyone on the block owns one of these fun bean-bag toss games. Originally an outdoor game, Jim and Dianna Herrmann created an indoor version and are selling it through their website. In addition to the regular cornhole game, Jim is able to put logos from almost any team (collegiate, NFL, NASCAR, etc.) on the games. He can also do custom logos for a small additional cost making this a great gift or promotional item for your business. What Dad wouldn't love a cool little bar game with his favorite team on it for Father's Day? Shipping anywhere in the U.S. is around $8.00.

When ordering, please mention that the order is to benefit FPWR or mention Marc and Stephanie Arnold, and FPWR will be credited for the sale. This is a great way for your family to have fun with a new game and to support the FPWR all at once. Thanks so much to Jim & Diana for their generosity and for helping us to accomplish our mission!

9. i Sold It
All of us have things in our homes that we don't use, don't need, or don't like. Some of us have yard sales, some donate to Goodwill, and some of us just let these things take up space in our closets for years on the chance that someday we will use these things for something. Here's another option, a way you can donate these items and have the proceeds go to PWS research through FPWR.

A company called "i Sold It" with locations nationwide will sell these items for you on eBay. All you have to do is take the item to the store, instruct them to send the money from the sale to FPWR, and they do the rest. When the item is sold, "i Sold It" will send a check to FPWR. It's as simple as that.

To increase the impact of this opportunity, organize your school/church/civic groups and ask the group members to take their sellable items to "i Sold It" and direct the proceeds to FPWR. The only work this involves is promoting the idea among your chosen group and waiting for the check to come in. When donors drop off items, they will get a link to the auction so they can watch the sale. It's really fun to see what your extra blender brings on eBay that can be directed to FPWR's work.

Below are some links to "i Sold It" that you can use. Of course, if you are already an eBayer, you can sell items directly and save the commission that they charge, but if you are not set up to do that, this is a wonderful way to sell without breaking a sweat!
